Every care and attention is given to your relocation from the initial first contact telephone call at our office to the last signature upon delivery. Our office will listen to your request, take specific details, and within 24 hours offer our quotation.  We will willingly revise our quotation and our services as many times as is necessary to tailor the move to your exact requirements.

Move Masters take pride in operating a well presented uniformed crew, a crew that will listen to your requirements when packing, and take note of any items which are most precious to you.  On the packing day, we will appoint a job foreman so you will have one point of contact to convey your wishes and to answer any questions or queries you might have regarding the packing process.  A full inventory of effects will be taken during the packing process to ensure all items are present and correct upon delivery.

Our foreman will ensure he performs a ‘walk around’ after packing, to ensure all items indicated have been moved from your home and you are satisfied all items to be relocated have been loaded to our vehicle.

Upon delivery, our agent will customs clear if necessary, and deliver to your home. Depending on the service you require, full unpacking services, along with removal of debris is carried out on the delivery day so you need not worry about disposal of packing materials.
