All items are given due care and attention as we understand fully the value of each individual clients personal possessions.

Fragile items such as crystal, glassware, crockery, paintings etc are export packed and placed into specific sized cartons, to ensure safe transit from origin to destination. Furniture items are packed with special export wrapping to avoid damage in transit. Special hanging wardrobe cartons will be provided for suits and evening wear/formal dress.

A detailed inventory of all effects packed will be raised by the foreman and a carbon copy passed to client for their records.

Our skilled packing crews are courteous and helpful. They are available to assist with any questions or concerns you might have on the moving day. Your dedicated move co-ordinator will contact the crew foreman and client regularly during the moving process to ensure all is according to plan.

Your co-ordinator will continue to be in regular contact with you the client to provide shipping details, estimated date of arrival, destination agent details etc. He/she will liaise with the destination agent to ensure your move is on schedule and all customs documents are in place before your consignment arrives.
